Bio-700G is a release agent with silicone for phylon / eva mold release agent.
Application:
In usage Bio-700G can be applied directly onto the mold, or can be diluted up to 40-60 times with water (1 part of Bio-700G and 40-60 parts of water).

Bio-700G 3B Yellow is a release agent with silicone for phylon / eva mold release agent.
Application:
In usage Bio-700G 3B can be applied directly onto the mold, or can be diluted up to 80-90 with water (1 part BIO-700G 3B and 80-90 parts water).

Unocoat W-2012
Unocoat W-2012 is a release agent wax based without silicone for the easy seperation of plastic, rubber, plaster as well as metal from each other. Unocoat W-2012 is also very effective in the sewing and weaving industry to enable easy threading of the machines by building a thin film, which prevents sticking..
Application:
In usage unocoat W-2012 can be applied directly onto the mold, unocoat W-2012 is free of silicone, neither harmful or irritant and does not attack rubber and plastic. Unocoat W-2012 covers the whole mold with a uniform and fine coating.

Unocoat W-0118A
Unocoat W-0118A is a release agent without silicone for the easy separation of plastic, rubber, plaster as well as metal from each other. Unocoat W-0118A is also very effective in the sewing and weaving industry to enable easy threading of the machines by building a thin film, which prevents sticking. The product will work well if it stirred well before use.
Application:
In usage Unocoat W-0118A can be applied directly onto the mold, Unocoat W-0118A is free of silicone, neither harmful or irritant and does not attack rubber and plastic. Unocoat W-0118A covers the whole mold with a uniform and fine coating.

Unocoat W-0118P
Unocoat W-0118P is a semi permanent release agent without silicone for the easy separation of plastic, rubber, rubber insulation (dash outer, dash insulator, inner fender, transmission insulator, etc), plaster as well as metal from each other. Unocoat W-0118P is also very effective in the sewing and weaving industry to enable easy threading of the machines by building a thin film, which prevents sticking.
Application:
In usage Unocoat W-0118P can be applied directly onto the mold, Unocoat W-0118P covers the whole mold with a uniform and fine coating. 1 spray coating of Unocoat W-0118P, can release 20-30 cycle.

Unocoat E-309A
Unocoat E-309A is a semi-permanent, solvent-base release system especially formulated for molding operations when a high degree of slip is the primary requirement. Unocoat E-309A is ideal for molding operations when low transfer of release agent, high temperature stability, abrasion resistance of the release film, and multiple release are important. Unocoat E-309A contains no Ozone Depleting Substances (ODS).
Unocoat E-309A can be applied to either a hot or a cold mold (ambient to 370°F/188°C). For best results, the unocoat E-309A should be cured on the mold at 200°F/93°C or the molding temperature (whichever is higher) to achieve the maximum number of releases per application.
