Mandrel release agent is a synthetic liquid lubricant, which drastically reduce the friction between an uncured hose and the mandrel an remain effective until the cured hose has been removed from the hot mandrel.
Is a liquid mandrel release agent the facilitates both the mounting of the uncured hose on the mandrel and the removal of the cured hose from the mandrel.
Works efficiently for NBR, NBR-PVC, EPDM, CR, Acrylic and ECO compound. MD-295 can be applied with diluted by water up to 1:1 or 1:2 concentration (up to 1 part MD-295 on 2 parts water), or according to the best practice by the user. Residual product on cured hoses can be direct rinsed with water at 60oC – 80oC.
